McALLEN  MOBILE  PARK  RULES  &  INFORMATION 

  

 

We hope that your stay with us will be safe and enjoyable.  Because we live close to one another, we ask that you be considerate and respectful to your neighbors and fellow residents.  Please keep your lot clean, neat and uncluttered.  

The mobile home and park model sections of the park are for adult residents only.

PARK SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MPH.  Please observe the speed limit, the one-way street signs, and all park traffic rules.  Drive only on the paving and park on the paving designated for your lot. 
           
FRONT GATE is closed by 10:00 PM.  After that you may enter/exit by manually opening the gate; please close the gate again.  BACK GATE (exit only) is electronic & operates seasonally during daylight hours.

QUIET TIME is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.  This applies to the laundry facilities also.

ALL PARK AMENITIES are for park residents only.  Children 16 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult.  POOL HOURS are 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, weather permitting.  Please observe all posted rules for the pool & hot tub. 

TV CHANNELS:  2-FOX,  4-CBS,  5-ABC,  23-NBC,  60-PBS.  CABLE SERVICE through Time/Warner  is available on metered lots.  WIFI has been installed in the park & can be accessed from most RV sites.

GARBAGE should be put in plastic bags and placed in the large dumpsters found throughout the park.  CARDBOARD AND RECYCLABLES should be put in the containers located at the end of Fir Street.

CITRUS FRUIT:  Please pick citrus only from trees on your lot!

PETS are allowed with these restrictions:
 1. You must pick up after your pet immediately.
 2. Pets outdoors must be leashed at all times.
 3. Pets are limited to approximately 35 lbs. maximum weight and limited to
     no more than two per unit.
 4. Pets are not allowed in any of the park buildings.
 5. Pets may not be left alone inside or out to continually bark.

Anyone who fails to comply with these rules will be required to leave the park.
Also, if your pet is a hazard or a nuisance to others as determined by the
            management,  you will be asked to leave the park.
We ask that you be considerate & respectful to your neighbors & fellow residents.

MAIL is delivered to boxes in Hall A.  Forwarding/delivery issues should be directed to the post office.  Notify the park office when to open/close your box and we will relay your request to the mail carrier.

EXCESSIVE USE OF WATER is prohibited.  Requests for extra water use should be made at the Office.

CLOTHESLINES are not allowed in the RV sections of the park.  Only umbrella clotheslines are permitted in the mobile home and park model sections.

ELECTRIC HEATERS are allowed only if you are on a metered lot.  RUBBER SEWER RINGS are required and may be purchased at the Office if needed.

LAWN CARE:  The park will mow areas that are accessible to the large riding equipment; the other areas are the responsibility of the residents.  Hand mowers are available. Yard trimmings placed near the street will be picked up by the park, but don't put them out between Friday noon and Monday morning.

EXTRA vehicles and trailers must be put in the storage area at current storage fees.  
OVERNIGHT GUESTS of park residents should register at the Office to receive one week free stay.  Guests staying longer will pay current guest fees for additional time.

ALL IMPROVEMENTS to your lot or home must be approved by the park management.  THE BUYER of any unit in the park must be approved by the park management.  

MOBILE HOME SALE:  Effective August 1, 1994, when a mobile home was sold after it was 27 years old, it had to be moved out of the park.  As of August 1, 2008, the above rule has been relaxed and any mobile home for sale will be evaluated by the park management regarding remaining in the park after the sale.

NEW MOBILE HOME:  Any mobile home brought into the park must be new and
all-electric.  

The owners and management of McAllen Mobile Park absolve themselves from all liability due to loss by fire, theft, accident or any other causes.
